- A. Information You Provide Directly: Business name, contact name, email, phone, billing details, staff and manager details, uploaded content (menus, lodging info, images, themes), AI prompts, uploaded documents for AI training (Enterprise), AI configuration settings.
- B. Information Collected Automatically: IP address, device type, browser info, access timestamps, scan activity logs, interaction metrics, notification delivery status.
- C. Communications Data: Message logs, delivery status, and engagement data (opened/clicked). Users are responsible for obtaining proper consent from recipients.

- Free plan users may display iHakken advertisements
- Paid plans may remove platform ads
- Enterprise accounts may display internal promotions

- We do NOT sell personal information
- Data may be shared with payment processors, cloud hosting providers, SMS/Email/WhatsApp providers, AI providers, analytics providers, and legal authorities when required
- All vendors are bound by contractual confidentiality obligations

- Data is retained while your account is active and as required by law
- Deleted accounts may retain limited backup data for a reasonable period
