• QR-powered service pages (no app download required).
• Restaurant and lodging service management.
• Table requests and customer order placement.
• Business theme customization.
• Staff units, devices, and role-based permissions.
• Receptionist roles.
• AI chatbots and AI-powered agents (credit-based).
• Notifications via Push, Email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
• Analytics, reporting, audit logs, and advertisement controls.

3. Account Registration and Security

• You must provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.
• You are responsible for activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

• No illegal activities.
• No spam or unlawful marketing.
• No platform interference or reverse engineering.
• No malicious code uploads.
• No AI misuse.

5. AI Services Disclaimer

• AI outputs may contain inaccuracies.
• AI outputs are informational only and not professional advice.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated responses.
• AI credits may reset per billing cycle.

6. Notifications Compliance

• You must obtain proper recipient consent.
• You must comply with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, FCC regulations, and applicable laws.

7. Advertisements

• Free plans may display iHakken advertisements.
• Paid plans may remove platform ads.
• Enterprise plans may enable internal promotional content.

8. Payments and Billing

• Subscriptions billed monthly or annually.
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension.
• Pricing may change with notice.

9. Intellectual Property

• All platform technology is owned by iHakken Inc.
• Users retain ownership of their uploaded content.
• You grant iHakken a limited license to operate the Services.

10. Data Privacy

• iHakken implements commercially reasonable safeguards.
• Compliance with U.S. federal laws and CCPA where applicable.

11. Limitation of Liability

• No liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or AI-generated errors.
• Total liability limited to subscription fees paid in the prior 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify iHakken for claims arising from misuse or legal violations.

13. Termination

Accounts may be suspended for violations or non-payment. You may terminate your account at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

15. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Disputes resolved by binding arbitration administered by the AAA, in Delaware. Waiver of jury trial and class actions.

16. Force Majeure

No liability for events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, cyberattacks, outages, etc.).

17. Changes to Terms

Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
