Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll have immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
What are AI credits and how do they work?
AI credits power your chatbot and AI agent interactions. Each customer chat or AI-assisted call uses credits. Credits reset monthly on your billing date. If you run out early, you can purchase top-ups from your dashboard.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), mobile money (M-Pesa, MTN), and bank transfers. Enterprise plans can arrange custom billing.
Is there a setup fee?
No, there are no setup fees for any plan. You can start immediately and only pay your monthly or annual subscription.
Can I add more branches or services without upgrading?
Yes! From the Grow plan onwards, you can purchase add-on branches and services directly from your dashboard without changing your base plan.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits?
Yes, we offer 30% off for registered non-profit organizations. Contact our sales team with your documentation to apply for the discount.
